Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.we’ll refund the full cost of the item less shipping costs
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your Debit/credit card companyor your bank it may take some time before your refund is officially credited . There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, you would be welcome to return your order as above and re-order a different item in the mean time.
If you need a replacement item due to a defect or damage, please contact us via email on contact@disposablehub.co.uk and provide supporting images and details regarding the issue, and a replacement order or refund will be actioned same day if accepted.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your replacement product to arrive, may vary
Shipping returns

Return shipping costs are not covered by Disposablehub under any circumstances, and return delivery must be arranged and covered by the buyer. (If goods are refused at the delivery address and returned to sender, this is not a valid method of return, and the return fees we incur on the buyers behalf will be reflected in any refund due). If delivery fails at a delivery address and parcels are returned to sender as a result, the same return surcharges incurred for each consignment will be deducted from any refund due. Orders subject to delivery delays and/or any factors outside of our control resulting in a later arrival than expected, still fall within the standard return guidelines
